60-day warranty terms
1. Eligibility
The 60-day warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from the official Nelevo website or authorized dealers.
Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or order confirmation via email) is required to make warranty claims.
The warranty is valid for 60 days from the date of delivery .
2. What is covered?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects , such as faulty materials or workmanship.
Problems such as loss of suction power, malfunctions of components or structural defects fall under this regulation.
3. Exceptions
The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

Damage caused by improper handling or disregard of the operating instructions

Accidents such as falls or impact damage

Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, discoloration, or battery wear

Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product
4. Process of a warranty request
How to submit a warranty claim:

Please provide your name, order number, and a description of the problem as detailed as possible. Photos or videos of the defect may be requested to expedite processing.

After inspection, we will provide you with information about refund, replacement or repair.
5. Possible solutions
Depending on the individual case, Nelevo offers the following options:

Replacement device of the same model – free of charge

Repair service , provided the defect falls under the warranty conditions
6. Shipping under warranty claims
Nelevo will cover shipping costs for replacement or repair if the claim is covered by the warranty.
If this is not the case, the customer will bear the shipping costs themselves.
7. Limitation of liability
Nelevo's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Under no circumstances will Nelevo be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or non-use of the product.
