1. Who’s Covered

This guarantee applies to all Nelevo products purchased directly through our official website or an authorized retailer.
Please keep your proof of purchase (receipt or email confirmation) - it’s required to submit a claim.

Your coverage starts on the delivery date and lasts for 60 days.

2. What’s Covered

Our 60-day guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty materials or craftsmanship
  • Functional issues (e.g. reduced suction, broken components, structural damage)

3. What’s Not Covered

We want to be transparent - this guarantee doesn’t apply to:

  • Damage from improper use or ignoring care instructions
  • Accidents (drops, impact, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear (like scratches, fading, or battery life)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

4. How to Submit a Claim

If something’s wrong, here’s how to reach us:

  • Include your name, order number, and a clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos may help us resolve things faster

After reviewing your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps - whether it’s a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Resolution Options

If your claim is valid under the guarantee, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement of the same model
  • A repair at no cost

6. Shipping & Returns

We’ll cover all shipping costs related to valid guarantee claims.
If the issue falls outside our guarantee, shipping fees may apply.

7. Our Responsibility

Our liability is limited to the original purchase price.
We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages that may result from using - or not being able to use - the product.
